Lambrusco di modena e vini colli bolognesi
A unique experience, created especially for you where good Emilian food and Modena wine tradition are combined.
We organize Cooking Class in the cellar in Savignano sul Panaro in the province of Modena, together with Monica and Barbara from Try and Taste who will accompany you in the pleasant experience of learning how to prepare homemade pasta.
After completing the experience in the kitchen, you can visit the vineyards of our territory up to the cellar to discover the production method of our Lambrusco wines.
Our Barricaia will also be accessible where our still red wines rest for aging in barriques and in bottles.
Cooking show in the cellar followed by a guided tour of the farm
The proposal includes a course of about 3 hours / 3 hours and 30 minutes where the participants will be involved in the various stages of processing the sheet. Each guest will personally take care of kneading, rolling the dough in a rolling pin, cutting and packaging the dough in traditional formats.
There will be 2 first courses such as ricotta butter / sage tortelloni, crescents in parmesan cream combined with our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and tagliatelle with ragù, which can be enjoyed at the end of the course; during the tasting of the first courses our wines selected for this experience will be paired, tasted and told and also the organoleptic characteristics of the wines explained.

For children up to 5 years it is free
From 6 to 17 years the cost includes only the culinary experience, without wine tasting.
Upon request it is possible to organize a cooking class of vegetarian pasta.
